Ancestry
Noblemen must have ancestry.

For example, since my game name is called "Duke Carl of Foix," I should be of French ancestry.

Possible ancestries for Knights of Noblemen to its players:
Norman
French
Irish
Norse
Saxon
Briton/Angle
Scots

Each may have permanent bonus(es) for a Nobleman. For example, Scots may have a Strength boost by X% for Knights; or Irish have Accuracy boost by X%, also for Knights; or Britons/Angles have faith on Roosters; or Norse have boosted hours in Explore the Map; or the French have increased gains on the Manor House (more than 5 for Holy, less than -5 for Evil); or the Normans have what else can I mention?

Lol

Who have we here that would accept the snake heraldry though?

I do like the idea of perks for certain histories though, maybe it can be pursued...
Hmmm - love riding those donkeys and swinging that pole

Why trading card games? They have no connection to the medieval era, except for inspiration for some figures.

Thanks for the comments, but some of the comments are off-topic.

And for the Normans, I suggest a Speed boost by X% for Knights.
How about Iberian, boosted training (per point) for Miners; or Greek/Byzantine, increased boosts of Knights while in the Forest?
Baltic, lesser chance of dehorse in Jousting
Eastern, discounts/savings on Blacksmith/Artisan resources
