3. Suggesting & Responding Constructively
Suggesting Constructively
When making a suggestion, think about your motivation for doing so. If it's "So I can be richer" or "So I'll have more stuff for less", then seriously consider whether your suggestion is purely selfish, or would actually be a good, fun or interesting addition for the game, and all players. (And not just "Making all players richer" either).

Responding Constructively
Please don't comment along the lines of "Adding this would be a waste of [FleckerMan's] time." The board should be a list of things that would improve the game, no matter how hard to add or how small. It is for me to decide what is worth adding and when, and negative commentary can discourage people from sharing good ideas in the future,

Best Wishes,
-Ben

maybe developing an improvement team to hear out what everyone would like to see would be a good idea? This would give you a panel of people (or just a couple of people?) who could help you with developing the conditions of an idea? That way, you wouldn't have to task yourself with the "how", but instead just the "when" and "if" of it?

Indeed, it would definitely be good to have a group of people who know what they are doing to be able to guide the discussion on the suggestions board to get to more feasible ideas and make better use of the suggestions made into coherent concepts, like I would like to do, but don't have the time for.

The final 'how' would still be something for me and Ed to work out and finalise, but a group of volunteers could get us closer by taking ideas half way and get from a full suggestions board of varied quality ideas into key opportunities for improvement or new feature concepts,
